Under the leadership of Jun Karasawa, Tadashi Watanabe and Masanori Suzuki, seasoned industry professionals, a team of sales staff ensure that distributors and IAG subsidiaries are fully informed about new product releases and provide a single point of contact to ensure delivery deadlines are met and an effective feedback mechanism is formed.
Our international marketing team are based across the UK and China, providing a full range of marketing materials including multi-lingual instruction manuals, multi-lingual websites, printed brochures as well as promotional merchandise and point-of-purchase materials.
Finally, feedback loops within the marketing department ensure that new product developments mirror market demands without stifling innovation. A fine balance between understanding the needs of the end-user, and allowing R&D the proper creative freedom, means that IAG products continue to push the development envelope.
